The Lighthouse at Ashizurimisaki

So we walked from the viewpoint of the cape over to the lighthouse you saw in the last photos. The path was really pretty and easy walking since it was paved. Below is a pictures of a strange pattern I saw in a tree. It looks like a dinosaur or something.

Above: Me standing on the path looking out for spiders.
Below: The lighthouse. It doesn't seem so cool once you get up close, but whatever.

There were lots of wildflowers.

Above: this area was next to the lighthouse, a foundation from something. I don't know what because I can't read the kanji on this sign! Anyway, typhoons hit this area a lot so maybe that's what wrecked it.
Above: Me standing in the mystery foundation area. Usually in touristy areas there are some signs in English. Here there are none, because most foreign tourists don't come here. Mainly because it's in the middle of no where and you need a car to get here.
